Advanced Excel formulas

i have a column of student names, column by gender either M of F(another
column) and they recieved a rating profile(anther column;ratings 0,1,2,3, or
4). I want to chart the number of males with a 1 rating, 2 rating, 3 rating
etc. Also want to chart the number of females with 1 rating, 2 rating, 3
rating. What would be the formula or formulas to achieve this.
Thanks

CLR

I would CONCATENATE the Gender and Ratings columns into a helper column
and then do Data Subtotals ForEachChangeIn: the helper column
UseFunction: Count AddSubtotalTo" Rating..........
