Nitro (AC Nielsen) much slower in Excel 2007 vs 2003

Anyone who runs AC Nielsens Nitro add-in software in Office 2007 environment?
After almost a year with this setup with extremely slow performance -
I have uninstalled 2007 and reinstalled Office 2003.

Current performance when updating database ranges is approx 18 times faster
on 2003 vs 2007.

I´m happy - but wonders why 2007 is slower - and if anyone else has this
experience. I cannot find any comment on this on any Microsoft site (or on
Nielsen.com for that matter).

If its an XLA its probably caused by the slow performance of XL 2007 VBA
reading/writing to ranges.
