Default Assigning a Shortcut Key to a Sub Procedure

I am trying to gather up some useful macros, UDFs and sub procedures in a
module and save the file as an Excel 2003 AddIn, like for instance displaying
few Forms.

Now, that I have the collection made, I want to assign a shortcut key to one
of the Form, SubProcedure or Module how to do so? Even upon installing such
an AddIn, now when I press Alt+F8 such macros are not even listed.

Thanx in advance,
