Checkbox not showing in Email
 

I have several checkboxes on a worksheet which get emailed after all filled
in, via some VB code. My problems is the checkboxes don't show in the email.
The code I'm using to send is included but I don't think it's the problem.

The resulting email shows nothing (blanks)where the checkboxes are located.
