Pivot Table sorting

I was wondering if there was a way to turn off the pivot table sorting, it
sorts all of my categories in columns into Alphabetical order and i would
like to sort my data in non-alphabetical order. is there a way to do this?
Example:
This is what i want: What it is giving me:
SAG Line 1 Concentrator Availability
SAG Line 2 HPGR
SAG Line 3 P80 Value
HPGR SAG Line 1
P80 Value SAG Line 2
Specific Gravity SAG Line 3
Concentrator Availability Specific Gravity

Pivot Table sorting

You can manually sort the list in the pivot table:
Select one or more adjacent items in the list of categories
Point to the border of the selected range
Drag the selected range up or down in the list of categories
