How do I delete extra blank pages at end of doc...only show when.
I have a price list that is 24 pages.. but when someone prints it there are
extra balnk pages at the end (total of 48 pages). What do I need to do to eliminate those blank pages? |
It depends on where the extra blank sheets are coming from.
I assume (shudder) that the pages are co-linear either horizontally or vertically check <view<pagebreak preview You may have an extra column or row selected which doubles the print job. additonally there might be a character in one other cells ( I have had a period in the wrong cell double the print job.) Maybe resetting the lastused cell will help.

Thank you so much!! It was a graphic/picture that is part of our letter head
and when I set it up one of the points touched just on very outer edge of the last column thus causing the horizontal co-linear pages. I re-adjusted it and "poof" the extra pages were gone . Again, many thanks!!! "bj" wrote: It depends on where the extra blank sheets are coming from. Thank you for your help and providing me with the link below. I have saved
it to my favorites. I want to again thank you for helping me to eliminate the problem. It turned out to be a graphic that one of the end points extended oover (just a hair) into the next column thus creating the extra pages. Many thanks!!!
