Pivot table field data
 

When selecting data to display or hide in a pivot table file, is there any
way to sequentially sort the data in the drop down to facilitate the
selection?

Pivot table field data
 

Right click on field button, format field. Advanced, then choose ascending or
descending.
OR, move item to a row field, arrange how you want it sorted, then move back
to page field.
