Can not close excel 2007
 

With Excel 2007 I am unable to close the application. Files close properly,
but neither the red "x" nor the Exit menu option will close the app. I have
to kill it with Task Manager. Note, it only happens after I have opened a
file. If I execute the app and don't open a file it will close OK.
