Value increases with increase in font.[_2_]

Competition Draw Table

I have created a competiton draw table useing MS Office Excel 2003. To
outline the relevent cells I used "Borders" facility from the Tool Bar Menu
but I cannot get a border to print on the extreme left hand side of the
table. Can you help please.
