Length of a list in a combo box

I have a list of around 850 products which i need in a combo box.
i have it all set up and working but the combo box will only display around
100 of the 850 products.

Is there anyway of increasing the length of a combo box to accomodate a list
of 850 products?

thanks in advance

Try extending the input range in the Format Control of the Combo Box, then
adjust the Drop Down Lines to as many as you want to show.

Hi there John,

thanks for the quick reply. I am using 2007 version and cant see any option
in format control to increase the inpout range. nor does there seem to be
this option in the properties box for the combo box.

thanks again
