Mortgage template comparing interest pd, monthly, bi-monthly, ext.

I am looking for a template in Excel that will take your mortgage amount,
interest, length of loan and compare monthly payments, with bi-montly pmts,
with extra amount paid montly on your loan.

Does this template exist?
