I am using Office 2003 and when I get an Excel workbook with multiple pages
E-mailed to me that I need to print out, my default printer settings get over rode by the imported workbook and I have to change the properties on each and every page within the workbook to my desired print mode. I know that I could have the people that e-mail me change their settings but that would be a real task. Is there anything I can do to make my default settings override the override? Thanks much to anyone with the answer. |

Page setups for printing are saved with the workbook.
Excel does not have a global default setting that covers all workbooks so you get what the originator set up and saved. The "real task" is your only option.
