To copy subtotal into another sheet
 

How I can copy Subtotal only into another sheet. Now Whenever I am copying
,entire data will go to next sheet. So please let me know to copy the
subtotal data only to another sheet

Hi,
Hide the detail rows
Select the range you want to copy
EditGoto
Click the [Special Cells] button
Select: Visible Cells

Go to where you want to copy the information

EditCopy

To copy subtotal into another sheet
 

if you want the subtotal to update on the 2nd sheet if you modify the data
on the original sheet -- you should just put a link in the cell of the 2nd
sheet to the subtotal cell in your first sheet.
