Leave Position
 
I Have a List of Employees, i need to know the Leave Position of the
Employees using some conditions like if an Employee claims CL for 1 day out
of his 12 days in a year , i want to know the Balance for his CL in the next
coulmn, like wise if he claims EL, the Balance..So is there any formula which
satisfies both the Condtions ..if So Pls help me ... Thanks in Advance....

Leave Position
 
You might want to take a look at either the SUMIF or COUNTIF functions. XL
help file explains both of these pretty well.
