Play around with the Page Setup settings (before you print)
Click File Page Setup Sheet tab There's options there to check the boxes to print gridlines &/or row and column headings Pl mark responses which help you in any/some way by clicking the YES button (like the one below) -- Max Singapore http://savefile.com/projects/236895 Downloads:23,000 Files:370 Subscribers:66 xdemechanik --- "abotu creating a table in excel" wrote: hi !, when i print my documents or data in excel why does not the rows and columns get printed along.
