Transferring Info from one chart to another if meets certain crite
 

I have a master chart (info below) that has day age of a certain product.
When that product gets a certain age (range of 15-26 days) I want that
information to show up on another chart within the same worksheet. It will
go away when it gets older than 26 days. Any help is appreciated.
