"Edit Query" back into context menu?
Running XL2007 on Vista Business (just upgraded). I just spent an hour trying
to figure out how to edit a query in MSQuery. Found it, but it was frustrating. XL2003 had "edit query" right there on the context menu. I use it several times a day. Is there a way I can put it back on the context menu? |
"Edit Query" back into context menu?
hi
i don't have 2007 but am doing research. see this site. it's an MS interactive showing 2003 to 2007 commands. it also has instructions on how to add commands to the ribbon. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/he...491511033.aspx also ron de bruin has some good stuff along the same line with much more detail about the "how to" mechanics for the ribbon and QAT. also has downloadable example files. http://www.rondebruin.nl/qat.htm http://www.rondebruin.nl/ribbon.htm good luck regards FSt1 "Bobby" wrote: Running XL2007 on Vista Business (just upgraded).
