Message: Locked for editing...
 

An excel-file saved in our server, usually shows the message "Locked for
editing by Jane Schmidt", when my colleague Jane is using the file. Now it
only shows "Locked for editing by another user". Why? Can anyone please tell
me, how I can have the message containing the name of the user back?

We are using both Excel 2003 and 2007.
