replacing a worksheet

I need to replace a worksheet with a similar one with updated values in the
same cells and have the other worksheets change their references to the new
worksheet.

When I try to do this the references all get lost.

Thanks, Kris

If both sheets are identical in terms of structure, formula etc then simply
copy the updated sheet over the existing sheet...

Thanks - I was always using the copy / move worksheet function and that made
a copy with a new tab name (2). Never thought of selecting the entire sheet
and pasting.
