I did everything as said in Help to add the AnalysisToolPak but nothing: no
error message and no Data Analyisis option showed up on the Tool menu. Lookup and Sumif worked though. |

![]() sumif and lookup are not functions of the analysisToolpak.. ok: make sure you have a visible worksheet Tools/Addins put a checkmark next to Analysis Toolpak. press OK button. at or near the bottom of the Tools Menu you should now see Data Analysis else: you can also check via the VBeditor open the VBEditor (alt-F11) open the project explorer (ctrlR) in the list of projects you should see : FuncRes(FUNCRES.XLA) if it is not the Control Panel Add or Remove Programs Microsoft Office Change CLICK :Add or remove Features check :Choose advanced customization of applications CLICK :NEXT in the tree.. goto Excel and fold open. goto Add-ins goto Analysis ToolPak set the dropdown to :Run from my computer.
