Bottom Border at Page Break Won't Print
I have had this problem many times before but have never figured out how to
fix it. When I have a spreadsheet that prints across multiple pages the border (not gridline) won't print on the very last row before the page break. What am I doing wrong? |

If the border was defined by adding a top border to the row below, the row
above may not consider the border part of its own formatting. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Peltier Technical Services, Inc. http://PeltierTech.com/WordPress/ _______ "Ryan" wrote in message ... Hi,
I can't duplicate this problem in 2003 or 2007. Most likely it is a printer driver issue. However, if you put the borders on the cell above the page break (on blank cell before the page break) do those display? -- If this helps, please click the Yes button Cheers, Shane Devenshire "Ryan" wrote: I have had this problem many times before but have never figured out how to fix it. Maybe the bottom border is really the top border of the next row?

Thanks. In a round about way that helped me solve my problem. When I
checked the borders of the last cells on the page the bottom border was there and when I checked the borders on the first row of the second page the border was there. I still couldn't get the stupid border to print. However, when I tried selecting the last and first row together, the "middle??" border was missing, I don't know why but I added it and then when I printed the worksheet everything was fine.
