2 excel files open in same window
Using Excel 2007, I would like to have two or more excel files open in the
same window not in two different windows while opening them from windows explorer. Open the second file by choosing open from quick access bar is not what i want to do. The only way i found is to open the first file, then select the second's name and drag it into the first opened excel window. But i know this is not the right way. Please advice |

If I understand you correctly:
Office Button, Excel Options, Advanced, scroll down to Display section, uncheck 'Show all windows in the taskbar' HTH Bob "Nese" wrote in message ... Thanks Bob, but I have tried this, it doesn't work. I still display only 1
file in one window, the other is in an other one.
