insert object worksheet protected

Hello I have a worksheet that I send out and sometimes the end user has to
insert an object. (my worksheet is protected so that the formulas are not
accidentally deleted. ) Is there a way to insert an object in a protected
worksheet? thanks in advance

Hi,
you can unprotect some cell where you want them to insert the object.
Highlight the cells you want to unprotect, right click in the mouse,Format
cells, last option Protection, uncheck Locked. Then save again the
spreadsheet with your password. When opening they will be able to do things
only in the the cell you unlocked
