Default Outputting rows with a given value to new worksheet

Hello,
I would like to get Excel to sort of "output" rows that has a given value in
it to a different worksheet. Assume there is a drop-down menu in a row. If
the user selects "Yes" from that menu, I would like Excel to automatically
output that row into a pre-prepared worksheet. If the user selects "No," then
I don't want Excel to do anything.

Any suggestions, anyone? Many thanx!
Erik
