how can i copy cells from one worksheet and paste into selected cells that
has blank cells between them

You can't paste a group of cells into individual other cells. Your options
are to either

1) Sort the list you are copying into, assuming your copy to cells have
something in common

2) Use a formula... =Sheet1!A2 or so.

Use
=Sheet1!A1 in sheet2 any cell accordingly you can copy like this anywhere in
the same workbook. When you do so and edit the data of the parent cell from
where you have copied the data & pasted. The changes will reflect in the
cells where the data is pasted.
