How do I make a lot of text fit into one cell?
I need to write a lot of information in one particular cell, I have wrapped
text so that it reads downwards, and this has worked thus far, however after a certain point, no more text appears in the cell, even though it appears when I click on the formula bar. I have tried autofit which does not remedy the situation. I need to be able to see all of the text when it has printed out. |

To get all the text to appear in the cell as well as the formula bar, you
need to insert a hard return (ALT-ENTER) every so often. -- Gary''s Student - gsnu200826 "sjlaw85" wrote: I need to write a lot of information in one particular cell, I have wrapped text so that it reads downwards, and this has worked thus far, however after a certain point, no more text appears in the cell, even though it appears when I click on the formula bar. There is an actual limit to what excel will display, even if you wrap
it, insert a hard return, etc. you need to use an additional cell.
