Formatt of cell filled by formula

I have a summary sheet a the begining of a workbook. This sheet picks up the
contents of cells through different each worksheet by a formula eg
='sheetname'!E5. How can I get this to also pick up the formatt of the cell,
specficaly the colour of text.

Thank you

Formulas return values. They won't return formatting.

If the source cells are colored due to Conditional Formatting you can also
CF the destination cells.
