Sumifs formula in Excel 2007

In Excel 2007, under the sumifs formula, how can I set up a condition rfeerencing a cell. Example: "A1". The sumifs formula does not seem to take the reference to a cell. Thank you |

Tried this myself using the Function Wizard and noticed that it does NOT work
