Default what is xlsm' file

i made a duplicate of my 2008 excel file and saved as 2009 and now I get a
message converting xlsm' file what does is mean?

Default what is xlsm' file


It is a MS Office 2007 Excel file extension. The 'm" simply means there is
a Macro or Code with the Worksheet.
