Default freeze layout

is there any way to just freeze layout of cells etc (border shading) while
you can still drag down (copy) formulas etc

Default freeze layout

Instead of dragging (which causes a complete copy), do a normal copy, select
the destination cell(s), then right-click, paste special, formulas only.
