Convert a Word address label file to an Excel spreadsheet

I have a Word address file (Avery 5160) that I would like to convert to an
Excel spreadsheet that will put the names, address, city, state & zip into
rows & columns.

Convert a Word address label file to an Excel spreadsheet

Hi,

what does your data look like in Word? How do you want to lay it out in
Excel?

Of course you can select all the data in Word, choose Copy, move to Excel
and choose Edit, Paste

If this helps, please click the Yes button

Cheers,

Convert a Word address label file to an Excel spreadsheet

Hi Shane,

Thanks for your responce.
The word layout is 30 addresses to page. Three columns and ten rows. Each
address is complete, exactly as you would see if it were a mail piece
delivered to your home.
In Excel I would need to have the first address set up with the name in cell
"A1", address in cell "B1", City in cell "C1", State in cell "D1" and zip in
cell "E1". The second address would be set up the same in cell A2 through E2,
and so on.

Thanks,
Andy
