No line last row on page
 

I have a 10 page Excel document. The last row on each page will not show or
print the bottom border. I have tried blocking the row and putting in a
bottom border and I have tried going to the next page, blocking the row and
putting in the bottom border, but it still does not print. Is there a trick
to this?
