alt-tab toggle betw files/programs
 

many times i'll alt-tab betw spreadsheets, but i recently got a new dell and
now i've noticed that excel will hang up because the "file" drop down menu is
highlighted, so i must hit esc first and then resume alt-tab.

does anyone know how to prevent the "file" drop down from being highlighted
when alt-tabbing. thanks.
