Sorting in Excel
I now when sorting excel puts blanks last. is there a way to get blanks to
come first and then sort numerically or alphabetically? |
Sorting in Excel
Hi,
1. Select the column you want to sort on and press F5, Special, Blanks, OK 2. Type but don't enter -10^10 and then press Ctrl+Enter 3. Sort your data - the -10^10 should have come to the top 4. Select all the -10^10 entries and delete them If this helps, please click the Yes button. Cheers, Shane Devenshire "bballfan2501" wrote in message ...
