External Data Range Properties - Cannot find in 2007
I have a 2003 spreadsheet which i am now updating in 2007.
On the old existing data connections created with 2003 i have a "External Data Range Properties" option which includes the "Fill down formulas in columns adjacent to data". My new connections do not have this option, instead they come in as a table which under "table - External Data Properties" i have some of the options but not all, some of which i can find under other options but not the "Fill down ...." one. Can someone please help with (a) where can i find the "Fill down ...." option for the new connections and (b) how do i create a 2003 style connection that doesnt bring the data in as a new type of table so i can then see the "External Data Range Properties" dialog box. It's there in 2007, i just cant get to it. Cheers Steve |
