Unable to open spradsheets on IE
 

Question...

User goes to a secure website. User clicks on a link that is supposed to
bring up and excel spreadsheet. The webpage sits there for some time thinking
about it then the spreadsheet flashes for a second and it dissapears.

Popup blocker is on, but website has been added to the allowed popup list.

Any thoughts on why this might be happening?
