Like data into new spreadsheet
 
i would like move like data from one column into a new spreadsheet or arrange
within the spreadsheet like data from one column, i.e. take all the same
numbers in one column and show together or in a new speadsheet. thank you
for the help.

this is what is in coulmn "E" and i want group each like one i.e.
"Ellendale, Bloomimg Prairie, and etc." together or in a new spreadsheet. its
been a while, and maybe it was the Access program that you could say i just
want to see the data that just has the words "Ellendale" in it. bryan
