Hi all,
I am wondering if there is a way to hide parts of a pivot tables subtotals. I have data in numerical form and percentage form. For the numerical data I would like to use the Sum function for the subtotal; and for the percentage data I would like to use the Average function for the subtotal. However I can not get one of each and end up with a summation of the percentage data which is meaningless. e.g. Data: numbers Data: percentages Subtotal1: sum(numbers) Subtotal1: sum(percentages) *** Subtotal2: Average(numbers) *** Subtotal2: Average(percentage) I wish to hide the lines with *** Thanks in advance for your help!!
