deleting commands in excel startup
I had a peice of software that made use of excel within its own parameters.
I deleted the software but now ehen I start Excel, the startup is looking for two of the files from the program that I deleted. How can I delete these requests from the Excel startup? |

How can I delete these requests from the Excel startup? Go to Excel Startup then delete or in Excel file go to Window tab click on unhide tab and select the file then delete. Regards Rahul Gandhi. |

Maybe they are add-in files that got deleted but you neglected to uncheck?
Look under ToolsAdd-ins and remove the checkmarks from the two offending add-ins which you should know because they would be named in the error message(s) Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP On Mon, 29 Dec 2008 18:36:04 -0800, tweedy48 wrote: I had a peice of software that made use of excel within its own parameters.
