Compare 2 reports and merge data to third report
 

Hi
I have extracted data from 2 reports and merge the data in the 3rd report.
Here are the report formats
Report 1: Report 2:

Ticket Priority Ticket Time
123 P1 235 3
124 P2 123 4
234 P3 234 5

I need the 3rd report
Ticket Priority Time
123 P1 4
234 P3 5

Can anyone help me to pull this report.
