HELP! Where is the Tools tab??

Donna and very frustrated -

In Excel 2007, many of the items that were on the Tools menu in previous
versions are located at Office Button (a circle icon in top left corner of
Excel display) Excel Options.

For more assistance, one way is to select a cell, press the F1 key, and type
"excel 2003" (without quotes) in the Search box.

I don't know anything about "the &^(*#$& Toolbar." Please provide more
details.
