Charlie''s Word VBA questions

Links to Answers to questions

I'm confused.

A short while ago, I asked a question in Excel General Questions. Later, I
got an email that there was a response. When I click the link, only a blank
page is opened.

When I went directly to the discussions page, my question and the answer
were not listed. I'm confused as to how someone could answer the question,
but I can't link to it.

Is it possible that I might have clicked the link "to continue receiving
posts" before I clicked the link to the answer?

Please help -- thanks.

There is a problem with the MS newsgroups. They've been acting up since Dec
23. I just sent a message to MS to let them know (if anybody sees it!).

There's no problem with the newsgroups; it's just the MS web interface to
the groups which is broken.

Technically, you're correct but people that access through the web consider
the web to be the "newsgroups".

Probably not. Invest some time in learning to use a newsreader.

None of the people posting here (and darned few of those reading) work
for MS, or have any influence on their customer support strategy. You're
better off providing feedback to them directly.

(I assume the web portal has a link to provide feedback)

Stop using the awful web interface, and link up to the news groups directly:
