Pasting into Groups/Outlines
 

I have a long list I am compiling with Headings/SubSections. I grouped it so
I could make more sense and collapse/uncollapse as I go along.

However what I planned on doing is copying/pasting new rows into this
organized / outlined row except that does not work; Paste/Replace Down does
not affect the grouping on the side, so all of the grouping beneath the new
Insert Copied Cells Shift Down does not work. Is there any way to paste
INTO the groups, otherwise the whole purpose is defeated.
