Hi Cherry
are the lines adjacent to one another? if so just drag down the row numbers and then right mouse click & choose delete .. .if they're not adjacent and you don't want to use the Ctrl key to select them, how are you going to identify which rows you want to delete? -- Cheers JulieD check out www.hcts.net.au/tipsandtricks.htm ....well i'm working on it anyway "cherry" wrote in message ... Hi Cherry,
You can type into the name box to left of the formula bar something like 10:10, 12:15, 18:18 which is a lot harder than using the Ctrl key. You could use a filter to delete rows, see Debra Dalgleish's site at contextures.com look for advanced filters. Or you can just keep things up in the air by not explaining why we must guess at why you can't just do the things the obvious way. |
