Forms that Populate Excel Worksheet?

I would like to develop a form that people can open, fill in the blanks and
hit enter. The data from the form that populates an Excel worksheet.

Suggestions on how to do this in Excel or other Microsoft products would be
appreciated. I use Excel 2003 on a PC and Excel 2004 on a Mac

Forms that Populate Excel Worksheet?

Excel has a built in form under the Data Menu. Provided that it can recognise
Column Headings (Say Bold) then with the active cell somewhere in the list
choose Data, Form.

The form shows each column header, any formulas are grey out and
automatically added to a new item.

You can Add new Data, Delete old Data, Edit and search for records.

A more advanced form would need code to perform the required operations.
