I am having the exact same problem. I am running XP professional (service
pack 3) and Office 2007. This problem started for me on 12/17, but my system was off 12/16. Today I was finally able to print in color, but the print preview is still in black and white. 2 other people at my job are having the same issue, so I blame an update. Someone please help us!
