I want to develop a form to be sent via email to a large number of
individuals with the intent to have the recipient fill it in and return it via email. I want to be able to take the completed form and easily download the information the recipient has supplied in the form into a master database. Does anyone have a suggestion on a method to employ and what MS applications to use to accomplish this? |

RSA,
You should use Excel and Access combined. The form should be created in an Excel workbook and can be imported in an Access database. The design of the form itself is depending on your needs: For example: - is the form static or dynamic. In other words can user add line. - is entry limited to predefined members (for example accounts) brotha lee "RSA" wrote: I want to develop a form to be sent via email to a large number of individuals with the intent to have the recipient fill it in and return it via email. Thank you! If I understand the information returned on the form created can
be imported into Access. I have many data points that neeI need to be included on the form and subsequently imported. Are there any limitations I should be cautious of in creating the Excel form?
