Cell identifier in Excel

My question concerns the cell identifier not the cell itself. If you were to
use the arrow keys on your keyboard and move from cell to cell in an Excel
spreadsheet the rectangle box moves as you hit the error keys highlighting
the cell that you're on and this box is always Black. How can I change the
color of this cell identifier from black to any other color?

Have a look at Chip Pearson's Rowliner addin, available he

http://www.cpearson.com/excel/RowLiner.htm

You can change the colour (and a lot more besides).

Hope this helps.
