OPEN ONLY IN READ ONLY FORM
 
Is there a way to open a file in read-only mode, although no such option had
been used while saving the file?

OPEN ONLY IN READ ONLY FORM
 

Right click the file, properties and then check the read only attribute,
click apply and it should be read only!
