multi spreasdheets
I have created a spreadsheet which shows the profit and loss of the company.I
have then created division revenue spreadsheets ,so for every division or profit centre there is a sheet that has a table of revenue showing month by month actuals against budget.So the sheet will have the type of revenue along vertical and income by month along horizontal. Then i create a line graph for each sheet.The problem i have is that each month i have go into each spreadsheet individually to copy and paste the formualas into the following month and then go into each chart to extend the line graph by the month results ie actual results. Is there a quick way of do this without going into each sheet individually and then extend the data range to the next month.i have not explained this well but if i have a budget , every month i put actual monthly results against budget in the summary profit and loss and then do the same in each revenue spreadsheet and then chage the data source for the charts. i konw i can use group spreadsheet but it means that the lay out of each sheet needs to be the same for the group changes to work and some sheets are bigger than others so it does not always work |
